SANWatch™ is a RAID management software for Infortrend RAID subsystems, it
can be downloaded directly from Infortrend eSupport web site for free. It
includes all the RAID management functions from RAIDWatch(TM), and the
additioanl optioanl data service functions. Without purchasing the optional
data service functions, the SANWatch(TM) can be used as a full function RAID
management software for Infortrend products.
There is no physical package, box or media to be delivered when ordering
data service of SANWatch. Users should already got the SANWatch(TM) software
from the product CD in the corresponding Infortrend products, or download it
from Infortrend eSupport web site.
Not all Infortrend RAID models are supported by SANWatch(TM), please visit
Infortrend web site for supported models. Non-supported models should use
RAIDWatch(TM) for RAID management.
